* Call set-up fee is imposed on all calls that are longer than 2 seconds, and also incoming calls in roaming. Call set-up charge for outgoing calls in roaming, data/faxes transfer, usage of StarPort, StarInet and Voice Mail services is UAH 0.27.
** For the first 4000 minutes per month (only incoming calls with zero minute cost, except calls to «Life» numbers, chargeable numbers and redirected calls from (direct) city number). Starting from the next call after 4000th minute call set up charge is set up to UAH 1.00.
