You can replenish both prepaid and contract accounts with any sum. Money will be transferred on subscriber’s balance online during several minutes. Service is free-of-charge, no additional payments required.

Recharge by cash or credit cards with «Convenient sum» service

With the help of «Convenient sum» service it is possible to replenish your account with any sum.

There are several ways of recharging:

• by self-service terminal and ATM
  You can replenish your account with any sum or purchase electronic voucher for cash (in case of terminal with moneyreceiver) or credit card. Please follow the instructions on terminal display carefully. Look for Ibox and OCMP terminals.

Recharge by unified account replenishment cards

Unified account replenishment cards are available at many shops all over Ukraine.

While replenishing account with new unified card contract subscribers get bonus:

• +3 UAH while using 100 UAH card
• +10 UAH while using 300 UAH card

For contract subscribers bonus validity period is 6 months. Contract subscribers can use bonus for all services except for roaming and content services. Granted bonus could not be transferred by means of Credit transfer service.

Recharge by electronic codes for account replenishment

Electronic code is an analogue of unified account replenishment card with 25, 50, 100 and 300 face-values. Electronic codes are available at internet-portals, you can purchase them by credit card. Also it is possible to buy an electronic code at ATM, banks and shops with POS-terminals.

Steps to replenish account by electronic codes are identical to account replenishing by unified cards.

Recharge by non-cash advance payment transfer

You can also recharge your account by non-cash advance payment transfer to the current bank account of the operator, indicated at your Agreement. In order to check balance one has to dial following combination:
*111# and press Call button;

Account recharge procedures:

• By means of IVR: Call to 444 and enter recharge code after invitation;
• By means of SMS: Send SMS with «xxxxxxxxxxxxxx» to 444; where «xxxxxxxxxxxxxx» — recharge code.

Methods of balance checking:

• By means of IVR: Call to 909;

• By means of SMS: Send SMS with «b» to 445.

Other’s balance recharge by means of scratch-card

While replenishing other account assets are sent at once to account of addressee.

By means of unified card contract subscribers can replenish other contract as well as other pre-paid accounts.

General terms of other’s account replenishing usage:

• Number of operations is unlimited.
• Assets incoming to mobile account is possible only 2 times per 24 hours.
• Number of sender and recipient can not be equal.
• Service do not require preliminary activation or additional settings.
• Service is not charged.

Algorithm of replenishing

In order to replenish other account one has to send following request:

where ХХХХХХХХХХХХХХ — recharge code,
380yyyyyyyyy — number of subscriber whose account will be replenished.

The answer will be sent to number which performed account replenishing:

SMS confirmation will be sent to number whose account was replenished:
