Free of charge calls within Ukraine for all subscribers:

• 01 — fire service;
• 02 — police;
• 03 — ambulance;
• 04 — gas service.

Some telephones support 2—digit number dial, in such case you can dial the following numbers:

• 101 — fire service;
• 102 — police;
• 103 — ambulance;
• 104 — gas service.

And also several special service number are offered for Kyivstar GSM subscribers:

• 444 — account replenishing with scratch-cards;
• 445 (or 909) — balance information;
• 466 — Kyivstar GSM informational service center;
• 477 — interactive voice service.
