«Mobile WALKIETALKIE» is the simple, fast and convenient mode of communication with one interlocutor as well as with group up to 20 subscribers!

All Kyivstar, DJUICE and Mobilych subscribers can make use of service (in order to use «Mobile WALKIETALKIE» one is supposed to have mobile handset with Push-to-Talk support).

Service features

In order to activate and set up service one should call 466 (calls are free for Kyivstar customers). Contract and corporate customers can order the service by means of submitting corresponding application to Kyivstar Customer Care Centers.

How to use service?

• In order to use service, please, select in your mobile handset menu section called, as usual, «PTT» or «Push-to-Talk».
• Before using the service select option of service switching on or connection.
• With the help of «Contacts» you can connect with one of your subscribers or create temporary group. In order to connect with subscriber in your phone-book, enter his number in the field «PTT address», for example, 80671234567. If there’s no «PTT address», make use of «WEB address» field and enter «sip:subscriber’s number», for example, sip:80671234567.
• You can create group with the help of «Channels» or «Group» options and connect simultaneously with group of subscribers. While creating group, you can send an invitation to chosen group participants in the form of SMS.

Pay attention!

• If you select «Private channel» while creating group — you’ll be the one who can select group participants, if you select «Public channel» — anyone can enter your group.
• In order to connect with one subscriber or group, select contact or group, then press special button (or it may be «Call» button). Do not releasing the button, await for sound signal then speak. After end of conversation, release button.
• You can communicate with those subscribers who activated the service.
• Before calling you can learn whether you subscribers is available or not. For that select his contact, then select «Show login status». A corresponding mark soon will appear: green colour means that subscriber is available, red — unavailable, yellow — subscriber is in «Do not disturb» mode.
• For group you can look over the list of active participants.

Tariffing

For prepaid subscribers, DJUICE and Mobilych:

• service activation is 5 UAH;
• monthly fee for unlimited use of service is 70 UAH (monthly fee is fully charged first time when dialing after the first day of the month).

For contract customers and business-clients:

• service activation is 5 UAH;
• monthly fee for unlimited use of service is 50 UAH. Monthly fee is fully charged at first day of the month or next day after service activation.

Pay attention! Outgoing SMS-invitation to join group is always charged as usual SMS according to your current tariff plan.
