Now you can be at ease in your mind about relatives. With new Kyivstar service «Tracker» you will always know where they are. «Tracker» allows you to check, for example, whether you child is at kindergarten or no.

«Tracker» service is available for prepaid and contract Kyivstar subscribers and also for DJUICE subscribers at Kyiv, Dnepropetrovs’k, Donets’k, Odesa, Lviv, Kharkiv and Zaporizhya. In future list of cities will be increased.

To use «Tracker» service it is necessary to have mobile phone and connection to Kyivstar network. In order to receive fragment of map with your relatives’ location you should set up WAP* or MMS* function or use PC, connected to Internet.

Average accuracy of subscriber’s location determination is 500 meters. Accuracy depends on base stations density and could be different in cities and country places — from 300 to 1200 meters. There will be following image of subscriber’s location on the map (green sector):

How to use service via SMS?

1. You should add phone number of you relative to the «family list» by sending SMS-message to 5147 number with following text:

ADD <family member’s number > [name]

For example:
ADD 380671234567 Masha
or
ADD 380671234567

Person who you want to be added add will receive SMS-message with following question «Subscriber 380671234567 wants to determine your location. Please send SMS to 5147 number during 15 minutes with YES (allow permanently), NO (forbid)», where 380671234567 is the number of your mobile phone.

2. After this it is necessary to send SMS-message to 5147 or simply answer with «YES» or «NO».

3. To determine location of «family» member you should send following SMS-message to 5147 number:

In case of necessity you can delete phone number from «family» list and receive full «family» list by sending following SMS-message to 5147 number:

Now to use service via special USSD-command?

1. You should add phone number of you relative to the «family list» by entering following command and dialing after it:

*147*3*4*family member’s number#

For example:
*147*3*4*380671234567#

Person who you want to be added add will receive SMS-message with following question «Subscriber 380671234567 wants to determine your location. Please send SMS to 5147 number during 15 minutes with YES (allow permanently), NO (forbid)», where 380671234567 is the number of your mobile phone.

How to use service via web?

To use «Tracker» service via web please refer to starport.com.ua, «Information and services» / «Tracker» section.

There are additional possibilities when using «Tracker» service via WEB:

• Browse subscriber on map, which is easy to scale and move;
• Notification if «family» member enters specific zone on map or leaves it. For example you want to be sure that your child enters school an 9 a.m. and studies there until 2 p.m. You will get an SMS or e-mail when child enters this zone and there will be a notification if he leaves school before end of lessons.

How to use service via wap?

To use «Tracker» service via WAP* feature you should go on wap.starport.com.ua, «Information and services» / «Tracker» section..

There is additional possibility to browse subscriber on map, which is easy to scale and move, when using WAP.

Tracker tariffs:

• Getting a «family» member location:
  • via WAP or WEB — UAH 1,00
  • via SMS — UAH 0,80
  • via MMS — UAH 1,20
• Tracking a «family» member from WEB during 1 hour (if a «family» member don’t exit from a school or enter this zone) — UAH 1. Charging by hour.
• Addition or deleting a «family» member from «family», getting notification (if a «family» member don’t exit from a school or enter this zone) — UAH 0,40.
• SMS sending to a «family» member from WEB — UAH 0,10.

All rates are indicated in UAH including VAT and excluding Pension Fund.
