Prepaid Contract What is the difference?

Cost of sending SMS abroad will change to UAH 1,20 (including VAT; additional Pension fund fee is 7.5% of service cost excluding VAT).

The payment for connection at a call on numbers which begin on 0800 or +380800, makes 0 UAH.

Validity term of «Kyivstar» prepaid service tariffs is one year from the moment the last charged call has been made.

Since April 28, 2012 the subscribers of all tariff plans (excluding “Resort”, “Relax”, “Breakthrough”, “I am on the sea”), whose term of the number validity is less than 2 months, shall be charged the subscription fee of UAH 15 per month and the phone number validity shall be prolonged for 1 month. In case if there is not enough credits on the account to charge the subscription fee, the validity term shall be prolonged by the special discount price, equivalent to the sum of money, available on the account. If there is no credits on the account he validity term shall not be prolonged.

Maximal duration of the call within «Kyivstar» prepaid service is 4000 seconds ±5%.

Maximal sum on an prepaid subscriber’s balance have to be no more than UAH 3000.

Rates are indicated in UAH including VAT; additional Pension fund fee is 7.5% of service cost excluding VAT.

MMS-sending to numbers of foreign operators is 5,00 UAH.

Call set-up fee is imposed on all calls that are longer than 2 seconds, and also incoming calls in roaming.

Redirected calls are charged according to the tariffs of outgoing call, depending on the call direction.

Tariffication principle is per 1 second starting from 2 second. Call set-up fee is charged for all international outgoing calls acording to tariff plan of subscriber. All rates are indicated in UAH (7.5% of service cost excluding VAT).
