Prepaid Contract What is the difference?

Now, all contract clients (except for corporate clients) have the possibility to save on calls. The discount is given on a monthly basis, and its amount grows in proportion to the subscription term.

* Mobile that are not covered by discount: calls and SMS, are carried out in roaming, using the services of content providers (calls and SMS messages to premium rate short codes), use of services, «Tracker» and «Mobile Map», calls to numbers beginning with the digits 0900 and 0703, calls to 465 number and order of tunes, «D-Jingle», using the «Mobile Internet XL» and «Internet 3G»; use of fixed—line service «Direct city number», sending requests for services «Replanish my account» and «Call Me », the use of services, which are implemented with the use of bonus funds.
** subscription term is counted beginning with the first day of the month following the personal account registration.

Example: Client’s personal account was registered on March 15, 2010. Subscription term count starts from April, 2010.

In order to participate in the Kyivstar Club gratitude program call 477*5* (calls from Kyivstar network numbers are not rated) or use the «My Kyivstar» system.

Birthday service

Birthday service is a day of free communication within the Kyivstar network on the birthday of your sim-card.

The subscribers that participated in the Kyivstar Club gratitude program and ordered the Birthday service annually receive the possibility to communicate for free with all the Kyivstar, Golden Telekom and Beeline networks subscribers on the day of their registration within the Kyivstar telecommunications network.

The subscribers that take part in the Kyivstar Club gratitude program as of 01.08.2011 have to order additionally the Birthday service by calling 477*5* (calls from Kyivstar network numbers are not rated) or use «My Kyivstar» system.

The subscribers that will order participation in the Kyivstar Club gratitude program after 01.08.2011 will have the Birthday service enabled simultaneously with the enabling of the Kyivstar Club gratitude program.

The Birthday service enabling peculiarities:

  • If the Kyivstar Club gratitude program is already enabled on the personal account as of 01.08.2011, in order to enable the Birthday service each personal account subscriber has to order additionally the Birthday service by calling 477*5* (calls from Kyivstar network numbers are not rated), call *477*303# or use «My Kyivstar»  system.
  • If several numbers are available on one personal account and as of 01.08.2011 the personal account does not take part in the Kyivstar Club gratitude program, the Birthday service will be automatically enabled for all the subscribers with personal accounts when ordering participation in the gratitude program.
  • When the Kyivstar Club gratitude program is disabled, the Birthday service is automatically disabled for all the subscribers of the given personal account.

My Deals

Get exclusive offers from Kyivstar partners on Your cell phone

Summary:

New Kyivstar service «My deals» will allow You to receive information about exclusive discounts and special offers from Kyivstarpartners for free. You just need to send any SMS to 878 to sign up and receive discounts.

After service activation You will receive discounts via SMS and MMS messages. Messages will come from service number Moi Znyzhky and will contain the following information:

  • The name of the partner or his trademark;
  • The list of goods or discount size;
  • The period of time during which the product is available;
  • A list of places where You can use the proposal;
  • A link to a partner’s site or a phone number where You can get more information.

After service activation You will be asked to answer a few questions. You will receive detailed instructions in SMS message from number 878. Questions are optional so in case You did not answer the first question You will not be asked the second one.

Terms and Conditions

The number of proposals for one user: not more than 2 per week.

You can cancel Your subscription at any time by sending an SMS with the text STOP (in any case) to number 878. If You want to re-activate the service just send any SMS to 878.

Please note that the service will be automatically activated to all subscribers who have connected to the loyalty program «Kyivstar Club». Every user who is automatically subscribed to «My deals» will be informed by SMS from the number 878.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided within «My deals» service. Advertiser’s contact information is indicated in each message you receive from the service number Moi Znyzhky.

All SMS and MMS messages within the service numbers 878 and Moi Znyzhky are free of charge.

Each regular prepaid subscriber has the possibility to receive a reward — monthly bonus to the account.

Bonus is the percent of the amount spent by the subscriber on conversation during a month*.

The amount of bonus depends on the term of using the mobile communication service.

The longer you stay with Kyivstar, the larger is your bonus!

* The bonus is not provided for: calls and SMS, are carried out in roaming, use of content providers services (calls and SMS to a short premium numbers, except calls to numbers «Autoresponder»), the activation of additional services, change of tariff plan, subscription fee for tariff plan, additional services (except for «Mobile Internet XL») and shares, calls the service «call Me» (via code 019), calls to numbers starting with numbers 0800, 0703 and 0900, payment for services, which is carried out with the use of bonus funds.

** Subscription term is measured in full calendar months (years), i.e. it is counted from the first day of the first month after the subscriber number activation date. For example, Kyivstar prepaid communication package was activated on 25.05.2011. The subscription term is counted from 01.06.2011. Thus, the subscriber will be able to participate in the program starting with December 2011.

Subscribers who use “Kyivstar” services for four months and more can preorder Gratitude Program, and on the seventh month of subscription will receive bonus.

In order to participate in the Kyivstar Club gratitude program call 477*5* (calls from Kyivstar network numbers are not rated), call *477*303# or use «My Kyivstar» system.

Bonus is accrued for a full calendar month and its amount does not depend on the gratitude program registration date, but depends only on the subscription term.

Attention! Bonus is given upon the end of each calendar month and is accrued to the subscriber account before the 15th of the following month. Monthly bonus consisting of less than 1 UAH is not accrued to the subscriber account. The given amount is accumulated and accrued together with the bonus for the following month.
