Subscription and Payment

In order to become a Kyivstar GSM contract subscriber you have to conclude an agreement on cellular mobile communication of GSM 900 and GSM 1800 standards services rendering in company Information Centers or at the official dealers.

In order to conclude agreement a client-a legal entity has to:

• pay initial payment according to selected tariff plan;
• provide a copy of enterprise registration certificate;
• provide a copy of VAT payer certificate;
• provide banking information;

In order to conclude agreement a client-a physical person has to:

• pay for initial payment according to tariff plan selected by you
• provide a civil passport.

In order to become the user of prepaid services you just have to buy start-up package of  service.

If you are using prepaid services:

• You are not paying subscription fee
• You are not concluding contract for services, which presupposes your complete anonymity as a subscriber

If you are on the contract basis:

You conclude a contract and pay subscription fee, but at that you receive the possibility to use a wider range of services: international roaming, «Weekend» service, «KyivstarClub» program, detailed account, sending text messages through operator (paging) and many other things.

• using an account replenishment card or scratch cards available in the numerous shops at the entire;
• using the credit cards in the ATM networks of the partner banks. Currently this replenishment option is available at the ATMs of «First Ukrainian International Bank» (FUIB), Commercial Bank «Privatbank», Joint Stock Postal and Pensionary Bank «Aval».

• by cash or credit cards in express cash desks. Transfer of money takes 10—15 minutes;
• by unified account replenishment cards as well as by «Startime» scratch cards available in many shops all over Ukraine and in the branches and ATMs of «Privatbank».
• by credit cards in the ATMs of the partner banks. Currently you can replenish your account at «First Ukrainian International Bank» (FUIB), Commercial Bank «Privatbank», Joint Stock Postal and Pensionary Bank «Aval».
• by non-cash advance payment transfer to the current bank account of the operator.
