Rules of dial

You can call to the mobile telephone within Kyivstar GSM network by dialing 8, operator’s code 067 (or 097, 096) and telephone number.

For example: 8 (067) ХХХ ХХХХ

If you have direct city number, one can call you as to the usual city telephone number.

Attention! «Direct» number is only for calls within your city.

For example: you have «direct» Kyiv number 4660466. In order to call you from Kyiv it is enough just to dial 4660466. In order to call you from other cities it is necessary to dial 8 067 4660466.

Attention! When dialing «direct» number diverting to general number 8 (067)ХХХ ХХХХ is automatically switched on. Divert is paid by call receiver according to the rate applicable.

In order to make a call abroad the subscriber’s number has to be dialed in international standard:

+ country code city/network code telephone number.

«+» — this is international prefix for connection to international line. It substitutes usual connection to international line in any country of GSM network. For example, for Ukraine it substitutes usual dialing of 8 10.

For example you are making call to Moscow (Russia):
+7 4 9 5 telephone number.

Also in order to make international calls form mobile phone at better tariffs Kyivstar GSM is pleased to propose to all contract subscribers the new "StarSvit«service. To use this service you have instead of international prefix «+» or 810 to use 815 prefix. Before 815 prefix you should not dial additional 810 prefix or «+».

For example you are calling to Moscow (Russia) using «StarSvit» service:
8 1 5 7 4 9 5 telephone number.

Attention The limit of automatic switching off of «international connection» service is 50 UAH. If the balance of your account is less than 50 UAH you would not be able to call abroad.

The number of the subscriber, to whom you are sending an SMS should be dialed in international format:

+ country code, operator code, telephone number.

For example, you are sending message to subscriber in Poland:
+48 692 1234567

International call tariffication starts from the first second of call, tariffication interval is 1 second.
