We kindly appreciate your high estimation of our work in April average servicing quality mark reached the level of 4,39 compared to 4,38 in the previous month. Besides, statistic data for this month shows improvement of another servicing quality index the quantity of customers who solved their question during the first call to Kyivstar call centre. Those were over 70% of all applied for help in April (in comparison to 68% in March).
As a result of analyzing of your marks and recommendations in April we started to install information kiosks in Subscribers Servicing Centres (SSC). First of them already appeared in Kyiv for ex. in the very centre of the capital at Independence sq, 2, as well as in SSC on Degtyarivska, 53-a, which is near the companys head office. With their help our subscribers are able to use self-servicing system My Kyivstar/My DJUICE, fill ones subscriber account on-line and know more about operators specials and campaigns.
