• December
  TOP-100. The largest companies in Ukraine: Kyivstar is the most profitable company
  
  In December, the publishing house «Economy» in conjunction with the business edition «Investgazeta» published business rating «TOP-100. The largest companies of Ukraine», compiled on the basis of their research. The most profitable company, according to the magazine «Top 100» is Kyivstar — for the first six months the company earned 2.1 billion UAH, while its income amounted to 5, 7 billion.

  Igor Lytovchenko is claimed to be the most successful and most respected managers in Ukraine
  
  Business analytical magazine «Companion» published a recent poll, up to the results of which Igor Lytovchenko was recognized as the most successful and most respected among the top managers of Ukraine.

  Kyivstar took the 1^st place in the competition of business cases for CSR
  
  In the first national competition of business cases for CSR, the Center for Development of CSR, Kyivstar took the 1st place for the social program «Mobile culture». The program has been conducted since 2005. The main goal of the program — is to establishing ethical norms of the use of the mobile phones in public places.

  Kyivstar — one of the most respected companies in Ukraine
  
  Kyivstar took second place in the rating of «Most respected companies in Ukraine», conducted by Reputation Institute. For Ukrainian research 30 companies-leaders in 9 branches of national economy were selected. In the process of selecting the best companies it came up that the most important for the Ukrainians criteria’s are — the quality of product, management style and effectiveness of the company. Other drivers of corporate reputation are conditions of work, innovations, leadership and social responsibility of companies.

  Kyivstar is claimed to be the most expensive corporate brand
  
  Ratings magazine «Gvardiya» and the publishing house «Galitsky contracts» defined the cost of the most expensive corporate brands in Ukraine. Brand Kyivstar took 1st place in the overall rating, brand value is estimated at 17 103.674 million UAH.

  Kyivstar is one of the leaders of CSR in Ukraine
  
  Kyivstar took 2^nd place in the rating of socially responsible companies in Ukrainian ratings magazine «Gvardiya». Experts mentioned that Kyivstar was the first company in Ukraine which integrated CSR into company’s business strategy: «Today, social responsibility for Kyivstar is a complex of activities which includes such spheres as environmental responsibility, responsibility towards the product, state, employees, and social needs of society»

  Kyivstar is the best employer for students
  
  In May 2009 research company PRAVDA Research conducted a survey among Ukrainian students of 4^th and 5th years of study in 12 major Ukrainian universities. The purpose of the survey was to study the labor market and to look at this market through the eyes of young specialists. Among the companies that are close to the ideal of employer, students selected Kyivstar.

  Rating TOP-100: Igor Lytovchenko is the best top-manager of Ukraine
  
  «Investgazeta» published a rating of the best managers of Ukraine — «TOP-100. The best top-managers of Ukraine». According to the rating, Igor Lytovchenko was recognized as the most effective leader. President of Kyivstar got the maximum number of points — 50 (10 for the personal, communicative, innovative, social and corporate effectiveness). In addition to the 1^st place in the overall rating, Igor Vladimirovich became also the best manager in the nomination «Leader of the team».

  Kyivstar is the absolute favorite in the mobile industry and the company that is trusted by Ukrainians
  
  As a result of international competition «Favorites of Success», which determines the best brands in various spheres of Ukrainian economy, the absolute Favorite of Success in the nominations «The national mobile communications operator» and «New quality of mobile communication» is brand Kyivstar. Researches for the rating, on the base of which «favorites» in all sectors of the Ukrainian market of consumer goods and services are selected, were conducted by two research institutions — the company «InMind» and the Kiev International Institute of Sociology (KIIS).

  Igor Lytovchenko — one of the most successful managers in Ukraine
  
  «Gvardiya» magazine published a rating of the best managers in Ukraine for the previous year, and relevant branch ratings for the major sectors of the Ukrainian economy. On the basis of decisions of members of the Expert Council of the magazine, Kyivstar President Igor Lytovchenko was declared as one of the best leaders in Ukraine and the most effective top-manager in the sphere of mobile communications.

  «Kyivstar» — the Best employer of Ukraine
  
  Kyivstar was recognized as the best employer among telecommunication companies and took the first place of honour in the final rating in terms of all branches in rating «The Best Employer in Ukraine» of «Correspondent Weekly Magazine.

  President «Kyivstar» is the best top-manager of Ukraine
  
  Igor Litovchenko, the President of Kyivstar, named the best top-manager of Ukraine and took first prize in rating «10 the best top-managers of Ukraine» of «Companion» Magazine.

  «Kyivstar» is a Leader in the Rating of Inspiring Companies
  
  Kyivstar enjoyed the first prize in the annual rating 10 Inspiring Companies by «Companion» Magazine. In Expert’s opinion Kyivstar forms not only an image of Communication Company, but the intermediary at dialogue of people.

  «Kyivstar» — the most expensive brand of Ukraine
  
  Kyivstar rated the most expensive brand in rating of «Gvardiya» Magazine. In opinion of experts the brand management «Kyivstar» allows not only to retain leadership at the market but also actively to strengthen him.

  «Kyivstar» — the most innovative company among mobile operators
  
  Company «Kyivstar» took the 1^st place among the operators of mobile communication in rating of innovators in «Gvardiya» Magazine.

  Kyivstar named the one of the Leaders of Social Responsible companies in rating «Gvardiya» Magazine in all nominations: responsibility attitude to the product of business, responsible attitude to the customer, responsibility attitude to the state, attitude to the staff and civil responsibility.
